Introduction

tl;drUse Tastify to run your restaurant. Pay us monthly. Own your data. Don't abuse the platform.

These terms govern your use of Tastify. By signing up for a tenant or signing in with existing credentials, you agree to them on behalf of your business.

Accounts

#

You are responsible for keeping credentials secret and for every action taken under your tenant.

Each operator must have their own named account. Shared logins are not supported and may be suspended.

Subscription & billing

#

Plans are billed monthly in advance in HKD. Non-payment pauses write access after 7 days and terminates the tenant after 30.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the backoffice. No refunds for partial months.

Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise on the invoice.

Acceptable use

#

You must not:

  • —Use Tastify to process payments for anything other than your own restaurant operations.
  • —Attempt to access another tenant, reverse-engineer the platform, or bypass rate limits.
  • —Upload malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • —Resell Tastify without a written partner agreement.

Data ownership

tl;drYour menus, orders, customers, receipts — all yours. We're custodians, not owners.

You retain all rights to business and customer data inside your tenant.

You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service.

Aggregated, de-identified metrics (e.g. average order value across all tenants) may be used to improve Tastify.

API & integrations

#

Enterprise tenants get client credentials for custom integrations. Rate limits apply; abuse may result in key rotation.

Third-party integrations (payments, delivery, wallets) are subject to their own terms.

Service availability

#

We target 99.95% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance is announced at status.tastify.co.

Enterprise plans include an SLA with credits. See your order form for specifics.

Limitation of liability

#

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or business interruption.

Termination

#

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend immediately for serious abuse or non-payment.

You can export your tenant snapshot any time before termination.

Indemnification

#

You agree to indemnify Tastify against third-party claims arising from your content, your customers, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

#

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes to these terms

#

We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
