The loyalty system lets restaurant operators build a rewards program tailored to their brand. Members earn points on every order, progress through tiers, and redeem rewards at checkout.

Members & points

tl;drMembers register by phone, earn points automatically, and track their history — all integrated with the POS and public ordering page.

Members register with their phone number, name, and optional email. Points are earned automatically based on a configurable conversion ratio (default: 1 point per dollar spent).

Tier system

tl;drDynamic tiers with configurable names, thresholds, and optional per-tier point rates (Enterprise only).

Tier configuration

Default tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum at 0, 1000, 5000, and 10000 points. Operators can rename tiers, adjust thresholds, and (on Enterprise plans) set per-tier conversion rates.

Rewards

Campaigns run alongside the loyalty program:

  • —Discount, BOGO, Bundle, and Coupon campaign types
  • —Percentage or fixed-amount discounts with max cap
  • —Coupon codes with usage limits and date ranges
  • —Public campaign listing on the online ordering Promotions tab
