The loyalty system lets restaurant operators build a rewards program tailored to their brand. Members earn points on every order, progress through tiers, and redeem rewards at checkout.

Members register with their phone number, name, and optional email. Points are earned automatically based on a configurable conversion ratio (default: 1 point per dollar spent).

Tier configuration
Default tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum at 0, 1000, 5000, and 10000 points. Operators can rename tiers, adjust thresholds, and (on Enterprise plans) set per-tier conversion rates.
